Science matters, not just for me but to everyone equally. It encompasses a style of thinking, a way of looking at the world. My understanding of science has given me a fresh perspective towards everyday life, and I want to share this positivity with others! I don't believe in the traditional role of being “your teacher” and you “my student”. Rather, you and I are embarking on a journey together where we become friends and learn science along the way! I believe in making learning fun and active, so I employ humor, mnemonics, and analogies to learn as we go! I have spent the last seven years tutoring across four continents. My love of science has taken me to Australia where I graduated with honors in genetics and molecular biology at the University of Sydney. I achieved a distinction in my master’s thesis at Oxford University in pharmacology. I lectured at LUMS University in biological science. I am currently working on my PhD at University College London in neuroscience. My goal is to become a university professor and start a tutoring company for those struggling in science. I have personally tutored high school students to PhD colleagues in subjects varying from basic science to advanced biochemistry to medical school entrance exam prep.
